The acticle outlines the gaps and needs at the national level in Bulgaria by analyzing European and national documents related to the cultural policy. Its aims are also to stimulate the decisions to adopt measures for timely, effective and efficient implementation of the policies, taken obligations for the development of culture in Bulgaria and, if necessary, to suggest areas that could be updated.
